Welcome to The Stayz Rentals! We’re Jeff and Chelsea, a husband-and-wife duo passionate about creating warm, inviting spaces for our guests to enjoy. Hosting short-term rentals isn’t just a business for us—it’s a personal mission to bring comfort and community to travelers visiting the beautiful Fox Valley area.

Our journey began five years ago when we realized how few home-away-from-home options were available in our area. With family living out of state, we wanted to create spaces we’d feel proud to host our own loved ones in—spaces that are clean, cozy, and conveniently located. That vision led us to start The Stayz Rentals, and we’ve been proudly welcoming guests ever since.

Jeff grew up in nearby Batavia, and Chelsea hails from Michigan. Now raising three young children in the Fox Valley, we love being active members of this vibrant community. Whether we’re attending local festivals, supporting small businesses, or enjoying a pint at one of the area’s breweries, we’re always finding new reasons to celebrate the place we call home.

While hosting isn’t our full-time job, it’s a labor of love that allows us to share the charm of Geneva and St. Charles with travelers from all walks of life. From solo adventurers to families, we welcome everyone and work hard to ensure every stay is seamless and enjoyable.
